Minister in the Prime Minister's Office (Islamic Affairs) Major General (R) Dato' Seri Jamil Khir Haji Baharom said that with the latest incident involving the Malaysian man "marrying" an Irish man seemed to had opened the people's mind on the opposition's stands on freedom in democracy.
Many of them, particularly the hard-core supporters' of the opposition are beginning to realize that they had "been blindly tricked" into supporting the Merdeka Sexuality Rally thus now they started to open their eyes and having doubts on their leaders' intention.
"The religion and teaching of Islam, Christians, Buddhist and other religions in this world does not approved the marriage of the same gender plus it against the normal & natural way..two men cannot produces babies nor can two women, but why is the opposition seemingly too "anxious" for the achieve the freedom of LGBT?"
[Arif Alfian Rosli, in his 30's,a former student in medical course in Ireland who was earlier reported missing a few months ago was actually "married" to an Irish man recently. Arif claimed that he had not contacted his parents but only his siblings after a misunderstanding with them in 2009 and had migrated to Ireland permanently. Adding more insult to any "normal Malaysian" was Arif wore a black-colored Malay traditional attire complete with a gold-colored "Malay tanjak" head attire during the wedding.]

Jamil said that he had recently met Arif's father to discuss the family's next step over this matter however, it seemed nothing could be done except praying that his son will realized his biggest mistake and return to the true Islam teaching.
