HEALTH ABOVE EVERYTHING

The services of the 1Malaysia Clinic, particularly those in the Santubong Parliament constituency will take initiatives in organising public health related programes in its effart to emphasize the awareness and importance of taking care of one's health.

Member of Parliament for Santubong Datuk Dr Haji Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar said that although there already one of the three 1Malaysia clinics that to be established in Santubong had started operating, he believes that more efforts should be driven especially for those staying in the far and remote areas.

"We will conduct and organise more health-related programs for the public from time to time and if possible, we will coordinate or collaborate with other government or private agencies and departments such as one we had conducted in Lundu with the military (ATM) several months ago."

Junaidi, who is also the Deputy Speaker of Parliament said this to New Sarawak Tribune after officiating the opening 1Malaysia Clinic at Bandar Baru Samariang at Jalan Sultan Tengah, Santubong near the city here yesterday morning.

He revealed that he had earlier officially applied for at least six 1Malaysia Clinics in Santubong however, due to the land tecnicalities and conditions, so far, the Ministry of Health had only three clinics had been approved while the other applications are still under revieew.

"The three clinics are located at Baru Samariang (Pantai Damai DUN) which started its operation today while the one in Tabuan (Demak Laut DUN) is still undergoing a major  renovation and the clinic at Kampung Pulo (pantai damai DUN) which currently is in the process of locating a suitable site for the establishment."

He explained that the would-be build Kampung Pulo clinic was initially planned to be build at Kampung Bintawa however, there are no existing buildings suitable for the clinic as accordingly stipulated as one of the main condition in the 1Malaysia clinic project, therefore, the venue was to the nearby village which is more centralised and strategic location.

Pointing out that he would continue on seeking allocation from the federal government for other 1Malaysia clinics in his constituency, Junaidi revealed another 1Malaysia clinic (under review) which was initially planned for Kampung Sebat (Tanjung Datu DUN) might be relocated either at Lundu or Sempadi with its a different status; "Klinik Desa".

"The approval of these 1Malaysia Clinics in Santubong and Sarawak in general, refelects the seriousnes and concern by the government led by Prime Minsiter Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak in providing the people with medical facilities and specialities," added Junaidi.

Earlier in his speech, Junaidi who was accompanied by his wife Datin Hajah Feona Sim Abdullah reminded the people to take care of their health by being extra caution on the type of food they are consuming because if "a bit too much of one kind of food is also not too good for one's heath".

"What we eat today literally will determine the condition of our health in the future therefore, we must control the type of foods or what we eat as there is a saying, "prevention is better than cure", so to avoid untowards health problems in our old days, start controlling our foods."

Urging the people not to stop to educate their children with a healthy lifestyle, Junaidi pointed out that the people nowadays, seems to take for granted on their heath and doesn't mind consuming more than they shoud have; such as sugar, rice and others.

"We should reliased that even the people in the rural and remote areas, far away from the urban zones nowadays are also "exposed" to the "new sickness or health problems" which are usual effect the people living in the towjns or cities as their lifestyles are slowly "duplicating" the modern lifes in the urban areas.

Giving an example that people in the old days had to "sweat and excercise" by walking on foot or paddling the boats just to reach their working places, Junaidi said the situation nowadays, however is totally different where people just start their cars or motorcyles just to go to work.

"In general, the people consumes the same food as the people before us however, minus the exercises therefore, please take carer of your health by being a bit particular in the type of food you are consuming," he added.

An overwhelming number of more than 50 patients turned up at the launching ceremony of the Bandar Baru Samariang 1Malaysia Clinic which was also attended by Pantai Damai State Assemblyman Dr Haji Abdul Rahman Junaidi and his wife Hajah Siti Syorgayah Haji Muhammad Zaiden, Sarawak Health Department Deputy Director Dr Jamilah Hasyim,  Kuching Division Health Department Dr Kamarudin Lajim and other distinguished guest.

THUMBS UP FOR BUDGET 2013

-OVERALL, THE 2013 BUDGET ANNOUNCED BY PM NAJIB IS A BALANCED BUDGET COVERING ALL ASPECTS BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, IT'S SINCERE & REALISTIC, COMPARED TO THE OPPOSITION'S WHICH PROMISES THE SUN & THE MOON .. KEKEKE!

Deputy Speaker of Parliament Datuk Dr Haji Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar described the 2013 Budget tabled by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak at the Parliament yesterday was a balanced budget between development of economy and assistances to the people.

The Budget speech which started 4pm sharp and televised live at all major TV station in Malaysia with the overall total of RM251.67 which made up of RM201.92 billion for management and RM49.75 billion for development.

Junaidi, who is also the Member of Parliament for Santubong said the budget covers almost all aspects without leaving any stones unturned and this also include additional focus for insurance for traders, hawkers, fishermen, farmer and everyone.

“With the announced budget, paddy planting in Batang Lupar will be further expanded and enhanced and there’s seemed to be a number of incentives to develop entrepreneurship and business.”

“To me this is a very good indication to develop wider range of SME and SMI and the focus seemed to be not only on providing fund but also training,” he said adding that it also targets graduates for further training.

“The housing assistance to fishermen and Financial Assistance to Bumiputra companies to be continued with fast track loan for small businesses and traders for all races will be provided.”

“Education to be further enhance 21per cent will provided for all races to enhance competency and capacity of the teachers in Science, English, Malay and mathematic will be assisted.”

He said that government is bring fair to every races by allocating RM100 million for Chinese, RM100 million for Indian, RM100 million for Missionaries with MRSM will be given a special fund to be allocated for training of graduates for RM200 million.

“Large amount is to be allocated for road links, fresh water and I believe much of it for Sarawak and Sabah and RM1 billion for women including single mother and aged.”

“Establishment of young entrepreneur foundation and IT will be provided including a package for youth rebate for smartphones. RAPID for Kuching also provided.”

Meanwhile, RM100-RM400,000 house to be built for urban centers in Peninsula with  21,000 Rumah Mesra Rakyat to be built and most of these programs are for urban middle income group.”

“BR1M is to be given again and in addition those single individuals receiving salary less than RM2000 will also be given,” he said that subsidy for edible oil and essential items be given to Sarawak and Sabah., especially those in the interior where cost of transportation to be absorbed by the government.

“One new program by SOCSO to allocate RM200 million for free medical examination for members and the government also allocate fund for intellectual property to be mortgaged in banks to enable the development of the sector.”

Junaidi who was at the Parliament when the budget was tabled was contacted by UnReportedNews™® via the telephone said that it was obviously the government efforts toward high income nation through business for wider participation and all races is being made through funding and training.

“This to me is a right move which I said during previous pre council beginning of the year to make use of business and entrepreneurship for high income and employment alternative.”

“Time base promotion to Military and addition allowance for Tentera Wataniah. RM1000 one off for all non pensionable former military personnel plus insurance for police and military personnel.”

“Enhancement of police, increase of personnel and motorcycles, more coverage of Rukun Tertanga and uniform for Rela and all of this is to enhance the capacity of all players police, Rela and KRT for the safety and security of the country.”

“For all civil servants, one and half month bonus be given to be given in three stages without leaving out the pensioners where they will also RM500.”

“I think the budget has produced am all round assistances for poor, low income and middle class while left the rich and wealthy to themselves with the focus to create more businessmen and entrepreneurs by giving fund and training to achieve the high income nation and full employment is done in this budget.”

“To produce food security several programs are funded and arranged to achieve this goals with several strategic businesses like SME, ICT and agriculture are to be enhanced. RM100 for school children and RM250 for0university and college be given again and education allowance increased to RM6K from RM3K.”

“Overall, the 2013 budget announcement by PM Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak is a very balanced budget covering all aspects but most importantly, it's a sincere and realistic budget compared to the opposition's alternative budget which promises the sun and the moon despite failing to fulfil their promises in the last 2008 election,” added Junaidi.

Timbalan Ketua Menteri Pulau Pinang Mansor Othman (PKR) menafikan dia telah melabelkan Ketua Menteri Pulau Pinang Lim Guan Eng (DAP) sebagai “sombong & bongkak”.

Ini berikutan dengan pendedahan satu rakaman audio yang dipercayai telah di rakam secara sulit sewaktu mesyuarat tertinggi PKR Pulau Pinang baru-baru ini.

Antara kandungan di dalam rakaman audio tersebut yang disiarkan pada berita tengahmalam TV3 sebentar tadi adalah keluhan (suara yang dipercayai adalah Mansur) mengenai DAP and Lim Guan Eng yang semakin sombong dan bongkak setelah memenangi banyak kerusi di negeri tersebut pada pilihanraya umum 2008.

“Mansur” juga menggesa rakan-rakan PKRnya “agar bersabar” sementara suara kedua dalam rakaman tersebut di dengari menasihati agar “ikut saja telunjuk DAP dahulu sementara memperkuatkan barisan PKR Pulau Pinang”.

Perbincangan “Mansur” dan rakan-rakanya juga menyentuh tentang ketidakpuasan hati mereka mengenai pembahagian kerusi-kerusi yang akan di pertandingkan pada PRU ke 13 yang akan datang.

Apa-apa pun biarlah sebab itu hal ehwal “laki-bini” puak pakatan haram Pulalu Pinang, sapa suruh berurusan dengan dier orang .. ambiklah kow akibatnya, kan dah terasa bagaikan “melukut di tepi gantang”.

Dunia teknologi sekarang yang serba canggih, memang terdapat pelbagai peralatan  yang boleh menentukan suara siapa dalam rakaman tersebut, jadi Mansur Othman kena hati-hati dalam hal ini.

Kalau dah kantoi tu kira kantoi lah, jangan nak berdalih pula, takkan takut dengan Lim Guan Eng kot?

Memang ianya pendapat orang lain tapi tak perlu beliau mempertengahkan pendapat tersebut kemudian menyelitkan unsur-unsur politik dalam komen beliau.

Beliau sepatutnya tahu akan garis sempadan di antara agama dan politik. Jangan terlalu ghairah nak berpolitik sehinggakan tidak sedar melewati batasan tersebut.

"Bro, we are not talking about Anwar Ibrahim or Najib Razak here, PKR nor BN .. for goodness sake, we are referring to our beloved Prophet Muhammad, so please put aside your political differences and if you won't do anything, please just shut-up!"

Memang terdapat di dalam beberapa petikan dalam Al Quran yang membolehkan masyarakat Islam berjihad, malah sampaikan ke tahap mati syahid memperjuangan maruah Islam.

Namun tiada pula petikan yang menggesa masyarakat Islam bermati-matian mempertahankan peliwat dan lesbian. Saya petik kata-kata kamu dalam Facebook itu, “Sama-sama kita renungkan”.

A FAIR BUDGET 2013 FOR SARAWAK EXPECTED

The Malaysia's Budget 2013 which will be announced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak in Parliament this forthcoming Friday is hope to be more balanced particularly in the development of the basic needs and education especially in the rural areas in Sarawak.

Member of Parliament for Santubong Datuk Dr Haji Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar said that he had high hopes that Prime Minister Najib will tabled out a more friendly Budget to Sarawak on the rural PIA (Infrastruktur Awam) and PIAS (Projek Infrastruktur Asas) development projects and education as most of the facilities at some of remore areas are in very terrible state.

He disclosed that the allocations for PIA and PIAS in Malaysia's 2012 Budget had been significantly reduced compared to the previous year (2011) and had slightly affected the developments in the areas that needed developing.

"In Sarawak, the roads, electric and water facilities have yet not reach some of the remote and rural areas due to the constrain and limited financial allocations from the government this  it is the hope of all Sarawakians that suffiecient funding will be allocated to overcome of minimise these situations."

Junaidi, who is also the Deputy Speaker of Parliament who was accompanied by his wife Datin Feona Sim Abdullah said to reporters yesterday after presenting a donation of RM2,500 to Kerni Deli, who's house was destroyed in a fire recently.

Many of the schools, particulary those with hostels in the remote areas in Sarawaks needs major repairing or upgraded to make these structures more suitable for its student to reside and study, he added.

"More techinical and skill based institutionsare needed in Sarawak as in our preparation of becoming a high income state by the year 2020, which is very near (just less than eight year from now) and urging the people to achieve that vision is not enough without providing them with the sufficient facilities to do so."

"I am certain that the Prime Minister would be fair to the Sarawakians and Sabahans by distributing the allocations to boost up the people's ecomimies in both the States in Borneo in the effort to achieving this Nation's vision.

During the visit, Junaidi also presented another cheque (RM3,730), foods and others from the Welfare Department to 51-year-old Kerni, a self-employed man at Taman Mesra Bako in  Demak Laut near the city here.

CERT VITAL FOR REMOTE AREAS

The establishment of the Crisis Emergency Response Team (CERT) at Teluk Melano near Sematan will not only serve the local community in any emergency situation but it also gives confident to the people that the government are also concern on their safety.

Member of Parliament for Santubong Datuk Dr Haji Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar said that CERT will be the initial party to assist the people should their any disaster or emergency situation before the government rescue team can arrived to Teluk Melano.

“CERT is a programme in collaboration from various departments; Fire and Rescue Depart, Police, JPAM and others and most importantly, this program is acknowledged and supported by State government.”

Junaidi, who is also the Deputy Speaker of Parliament who was accompanied by his wife Datin Feona Sim Abdullah said this in his speech during the official closing ceremony of Telok Melano three-day CERT training yesterday morning.

Meanwhile, Director of Security in the Chief Minister's Department Datuk Dr Haji Yusoff Nook who was also present at the ceremony in his opening speech disclosed that Teluk Melano’s CERT is the 16th CERT established in Sarawak, so far.

“It is the Government’s intention and plan to set as many CERT as possible especially in the remote and isolated areas to response to the people in any emergency situation,” he added.

The Teluk Melano CERT recruiting session saw an overwhelming response of 94 volunteers registered and took the three day intensive training by the departments and agencies involved.

Later, Junaidi visited one of three houses under the Special Fisherman Hosuing Project under the the Majlis Pembangunan Pertanian Parliament (MPPP) Santubong project at the village.

Junaidi, who is also MPP Santubong disclosed to New Sarawak Tribune that there are 85 houses listed to be repaired or rebuild in Tanjung Datu alone while hundreds of houses through the same project had either been completed or undergoing in Pantai Damai and Demak Laut.

“This is an on-going project by the government under the leadership of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak to ensure the fisherman folks will have a comfortable house and to assist them,” he added.

During the ceremony, Junaidi also presented some cash donation to the needy folks from Teluk Melano and other nearby villages.

As the secrets unfold chapter by chapter regarding the fundings by foreign powers and individuals to NGOs and portals aligned or owned by PKR, the co-operation between the three opposition parties – DAP, PAS and PKR – is getting more loose.

PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang had made public his stand that the government should investigate the alleged foreign funding of Suaram and take action if found to be true.

This reflects PAS stand in opposing foreign powers to interfere in the country’s affairs, the opposite of other two parties – DAP and PKR.

PAS, despite being an opposition party since the 50s, has never allow itself nor leaders in the party be made tools by outsiders, which is stark contrast with DAP and PKR.

Thus it is now vital for PAS leadership to review its position in PR as the political game it is involved in is far more dangerous and has a long term effect on the Islamic fundamentals path it takes and championing for.

It is no longer an internal game of influence and faith of just toppling a leader but deeper that involves being manipulated indirectly which strays and deviates from the original path of a mere Islamic state and ideology.

From within, DAP’s Karpal Singh, voice of Lim Kit Siang and Lim Guan Eng, is adamant and determine to foil any attempt by PAS to implement Hudud laws and the verbal spat is still ongoing.

Given such a background, it is best that PAS review its position in PR before the coming general election before it is too late – rejected by Muslims who know the international political game or Malays who want to stay a normal moderate Muslim.

Engkau tak ada belajar sejarah mengenai 13 Mei? Ataupun kau sengaja buat-buat lupa atau itu yang sebenarnya yang kau mahu ulangi dengan sengaja?

Aku percaya, amarah orang Islam di Malaysia ni ada hadnya jadi jangan lah nak jadi seperti “anjing” tu ye.

In Kuching City, the capital of Sarawak (one of the States in Malaysia), more than 1,000 worshippers after performing praying at the Kuching Division Mosque also took part in the peaceful One Million Muslim demonstration.

According to one of the demonstration moderator, former State Senator Dato’ Haji Idris Haji Buang, the main objective of the demonstration is to show to the world that the entire Muslim community is against the provocative film.

“This (demonstration) is not a political gimmick as today all the Muslim Community in Kuching here puts aside their political differences and we peacefully protest to the production of “Innocence Of Muslim” film, airing the film on Google, YouTube and other means of media,” said Idris, who is also a lawyer in profession.

“The other religions should respect the believes of the others as they wished others to respect their believes as well, although there is freedom speech and all but there is also a boundary when it relates to someone’s religion.”

Urging the United Nation and Organisation of the Islamic Conference (OIC) to be more sensitive on the matter, Idris said that he will initiate to establish a “We Love Muhammad” club in Sarawak.

Before proceeding to the Central Police report to lodge a police report on the matter, State Imam Datuk Sahibul Fadilah Ustaz Haji Jorji Haji Suhaili recited a prayer.

Tunjukkan kepada dunia yang umat Islam bersatu mengutuk sebarang perbuatan yang memperkotak-katikkan kekasih Allah Nabi Muhammad SAW dan sebagai amaran keras agar ianya tidak akan berulang lagi!

SYAHID & JIHAD DALAM ISLAM

-SEKADAR BUAT RENUNGAN & PERINGATAN..SYAHID ITU JANJI ALLAH..JANJI ALLAH ITU PASTI & ABADI..ALLAHUAKBAR!-

Daripada Abi Akwar Said bin Zaid Amru bin Nufel RA (beliau adalah salah seorang antara sepuluh orang yang disaksikan akan memasuki syurga) katanya,: Aku mendengar Rasulullah SAW bersabda: "Sesiapa yang terbunuh kerana membela harta yang dimilikinya maka matinya adalah mati syahid, dan sesiapa yang terbunuh kerana membela dirinya dari dibunuh oleh orang lain, maka matinya adalah mati syahid, dan sesiapa yang terbunuh kerana mempertahankan agamanya (agama Islam) matinya adalah mati syahid, dan sesiapa yang terbunuh kerana mempertahankan keluarganya daripada diceroboh, matinya juga adalah mati syahid."

Huraian Hadith:

Setiap orang Islam wajib memelihara kehormatan dirinya dan keluarganya dari dicerobohi dan dikuasai oleh orang lain sekalipun terpaksa berhadapan dengan bahaya dan berbagai-bagai kesusahan. Malah orang yang terbunuh kerana perkara tersebut, matinya adalah mati syahid. Demikian juga Islam menyuruh umatnya supaya sentiasa menjaga maruah agama supaya tidak dihina dan dicaci oleh orang lain lebih-lebih lagi orang-orang kafir.

PS:Jelas dalam huraian di atas, Islam tidak membenarkan umatnya membiarkan Al-Kafirin mencaci maruah Islam, mengapa masih sanggup bersekongkol dengan Al-Kafirin YANG MENGHINA Islam? Allahuakbar!

DAP MEMANG ANTI-ISLAM!

-TIDAK DAPAT DI NAFIKAN TWEET YANG DI BUAT OLEH SI PENCACAI NGEH NI MEWAKILI “ISI PERUT” PARTI YANG “TERRACIST” SEKALI  DI DUNIA IAITU DAP..MENGAPA PULA MASIH RAMAI ORANG MELAYU/ISLAM YANG MASIH INGIN BERSEKONGKOL DENGAN GOLONGAN HAPRAK MACAM DIA NI YANG MENGHINA NABI MUHAMMAD SAW YANG KITA KASIHI? ALLAHHUAKBAR!-

Sebenarnya tidak ada apa-apa yang pelik apabila Pengerusi DAP Perak, Datuk Ngeh Koo Ham meremehkan protes besar-besaran terhadap filem Innocence of Muslims yang menghina Rasulullah SAW.

Kita sedia maklum bahawa pendirian DAP itu ialah anti-Islam dan anti-Melayu, maka apa yang dinyatakan oleh Ngeh di twitternya adalah konsisten dengan pendirian partinya.

'Kesilapan' Ngeh, hanyalah kerana menyatakannya kepada umum sedangkan DAP bersusah payah menafikannya.

DAP tidak pernah mempunyai sensitiviti terhadap agama dan kaum lain. Ini adalah hakikat yang nampaknya masih ada yang tidak dapat memahaminya.

Perjuangan DAP adalah untuk kaumnya mendapat keuntungan maksima dari segala segi, di negara kita yang tercinta ini. Itu saja.

Buktinya boleh dilihat dari sikap DAP dalam menangani isu-isu semasa.

Jika masjid yang disimbah cat oleh anak Cina, ia adalah kenakalan anak-anak kecil.

Tetapi jika tokong, kuil atau gereja yang menjadi sasaran yang sama, DAPlah orang yang pertama memprotes dan menjadikan isu tersebut sebagai isu perkauman yang amat serius.

Bukan kerana DAP prihatin sangat terhadap agama Buddha, Hindu atau Kristian tetapi kerana DAP ingin mencetuskan permusuhan sesama kaum, terutamanya membangkitkan kebencian terhadap kaum Melayu dan Islam.

Semuanya dengan matlamat untuk menjatuhkan kerajaan Melayu Islam.

Begitu juga dengan kes wanita Melayu yang dipaksa berbogel dalam tahanan pihak berkuasa tetapi disangka DAP sebagai wanita Cina.

Riuh rendah DAP memperjuangkan hak wanita tersebut sehinggalah mereka mendapat tahu identitinya iaitu seorang Melayu, maka DAP pun diam membisu.

Dan jangan kita lupa bagaimana pemimpin DAP masuk ke rumah orang Melayu tanpa membuka kasut, konon dalam lawatan 'prihatin' terhadap rakyat?

Gambar lawatan ini telah pun tersebar luas di internet dan DAP tidak mampu menafikannya lagi. Jika ini bukan bukti sifat biadap, tidak hormat dan tidak sensitive terhadap budaya dan agama kaum majoriti di negara ini, apakah ia?

Nampaknya, dasar tertutup negara nenek moyang mereka dahulu menjadi akar yang kuat yang membentuk sikap pemimpin dan penyokong DAP.

Dasar tersebut, secara tidak langsung telah membentuk sikap tidak peduli dan tidak prihatin terhadap segala sesuatu yang tiada kena mengena dengan diri, keluarga dan kaum mereka.

Oleh itu, pernahkah kita mendengar DAP turut prihatin dengan nasib rakyat Bosnia, Palestine atau Rohingya?

Pernahkah DAP memperjuangkan atau menunjukkan sensitiviti terhadap sesuatu isu yang di luar skop politik, iaitu yang tidak memberi keuntungan kepada kaumnya tetapi atas dasar kemanusiaan semata-mata?

Tidak, kerana DAP tidak pernah ambil peduli terhadap kaum dan agama lain. Malah, sifat kemanusiaan DAP juga sukar untuk dikesan.

Di Pulau Pinang, DAP sanggup merobohkan kampung, merampas tanah dan menutup pintu rezeki peniaga-peniaga kecil tanpa berfikir panjang, semata-mata kerana mereka bukan berbangsa Cina.

Dan ini hanyalah 1% dari sifat kejam DAP yang ditonjolkan.

Bayangkan jika kuasa berada di tangan mereka sebanyak 50%? atau 80%? atau 100%?

Dengan sikap DAP ini, kita tidak harus terkejut apabila Ngeh menyatakan yang memprotes penghinaan terhadap Rasulullah SAW adalah membuang masa dan tenaga.

Jelas, Ngeh hanya berlaku jujur meluahkan rasa hati sebenar ahli-ahli dan pemimpin-pemimpin DAP yang selama ini dinafikan mereka.

DAP boleh menafi yang kenyataan Ngeh adalah merupakan cerminan pendirian parti mereka, tetapi rakyat boleh menilai sendiri siapa DAP dari rekod sejarah parti tersebut.
