“This situation however, would not make us complacent but instead would motivate us (BN) to perform even much better, giving and delivering assistance to the people,” she said.

Nancy was met and exclusively interviewed by UnReportedNews™® during her visit at Bank Rakyat Satok Ramah Tamah Aidil Fitri Gathering 2012 near the city here yesterday.

She disclosed that there PAS groups actively moving here and there in her Parliamentary areas however, described that the opposition can only do “minor harm” as BN had been doing all their work all this while.

“Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) and BN had been working, helping the people in the Batang Sadong Parliamentary constituency since the first day after winning the 2008 GE.”

“The people can differentiate who’s sincere and who’s with intention by attempting to get close to the people on the verge of the general election,” she said adding all this while it was BN had been working hard for the people of Sarawak and that is the ultimate knowledge.

“Alhamdulillah (Thank to God), in my area, most of the road interiors are completed however, there are areas that needs electricity and water supply,” said nancy with a smile.

ME BEING DROPPED IN NEXT GE IS JUST RUMOURS, SAYS NANCY

I DON'T WANT TO ANSWER TO THE SPECULATIONS AS IT WOULD MAKE MATTER WORSE
NANCY-ALL I KNOW I HAVE BEEN WORKING HARD FOR MY PEOPLE IN BATANG SADONG
MEMBER of Parliament (MP) for Batang Sadong Hajah Nancy Haji Syukri brushes-off the rumours “cooked-up” by a local English Newspaper (not New Sarawak Tribune) several weeks ago speculating that she is among the five MPs from Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) to be dropped in this forthcoming next General Election (GE).

“Please, it’s just rumours and speculations … I don’t know what is the reporters’ intention for creating such a baseless story or where does he/she gets that information but for all I know, I have been working hard for my people in Batang Sadong.”

Nancy was earlier exclusively interviewed by UnReportedNews™® before attending on the Batang Sadong Parliament “Carnival Rakyat” Programme press conference held at Merdeka Palace Hotel near the city here this afternoon.

“I believe I don’t need to entertain such a baseless speculations like that as if I do it will only make the situation worse,” she said to a question why she did not make any response to the rumours thrown on her.

“I have been working close with the Batang Sadong community … you can asked them if you wish and that is why I am confident that all this while I have been performing superbly.”

There are many other developments and projects needed to be brought into Sadong Jaya in the near future that would eventually benefits the people there themselves but nevertheless, as a PBB party person, the decision to retain me as MP for Batang Sadong in the next GE would be in the hands of PBB president and also Chief Minister Pehin Sri Haji Abdul Taib Mahmud.

CHIEF MINISTER ALSO SEEMED TO BE AMUSED BY THE SO-CALLED "DROP-OUT LIST"
