-ANOTHER TEN HOURS MORE TO SUBMIT YOUR BR1M FORMS
The dateline to submit the "One-off 1Malaysia RM500 Assistance" is on January 10th, 2012 (today).
For those who have not filled or obtained their "BR1M" form, please obtained the forms at the nearest LHDN or District Office or Government relevant representatives (Free Of Charge-FOC).
For those who had been approached by any individual selling the BR1M forms, please report immediately to the authority as it is an offense to do.
Please don't forget to attach a photocopy of your identity card & (for those working) a photocopy of your latest salary slip.
Since this aid was announced by Barisan Nasional government, 4 million BR1M forms had been distributed with only 3 million had been returned or submitted.
The payment would be paid in CASH VOUCHERS in phases starting January 15th, 2012. Main condition for eligibility for this aids are as follows: (1) Malaysian (2) Household income below RM3,000 per month.
