-DON'T TRY TO MESS WITH ME, BETTER FOR YOU NOT TO DISTURB ON ANY OF PBB'S TURF, WARNS JUNAIDI
THE other State component Barisan Nasional (BN) parties are reminded not to discriminate their own counterparts by blowing-up irrelevant issues out of proportion in their counterpart’s constituency just for the sake to boost-up their own popularity.
“Stop back-stabbing and sabotaging..you just take care of your own party and its constituencies, don’t try to disturb on Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu’s (PBB) turfs because we (PBB) are capable of taking take of the people in our own areas.”
Deputy Speaker of Parliament Datuk Dr Haji Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar made this strong statement adding that as a PBB member, he will not tolerate any act which he describes as “nonsense” and in a way reflects an in-direct disrespect to PBB.
Junaidi, who is also the Member of Parliament for Santubong was referring to an article in a newspaper recently where some quarters of the State BN components “aiding” a one homeless “Mr. Chai” in Demak Laut here who was said to had not been given assistance from the representatives in that area.
“I would like to point out and make it clear here that this “Mr. Chai” is actually had been shortlisted in our housing scheme for the poor late last year after his case was heard however, as the scheme’s quota for last year’s has expired, his case is forwarded in this year’s quota.”
“This is the second time this same quarters had poked their noses into other’s businesses, I don’t know what are their games but whatever they (intentions) are, I want to remind them don’t try to mess with me,” warned Junaidi.
He said that it is very unethical for them to “sneak” into others’ areas and to make the matter even worse, blowing out an issue that is currently being handled by PBB without the courtesy of referring the matter to their own counterparts in that area.
“Demak Laut is in my Santubong Constituency and their latest acts are as if implying that Demak Laut State Assemblyman and myself have not discharged our duties,” said Junaidi to reporters after presenting BR1M vouchers to 675 recipients at the Old DUN in Petra Jaya here earlier this morning.
